Pile 2 ๐ฅน 43:17 I really need to hear this. I've been to focus on shadow work and had this strong urge to make myself more "perfect". I've been constantly look for what limited beliefs or conditioning I need to work on, what part of my thoughts needs restructuring, what traumas do I have, what inner child works do I need to do and ended up with a long list of things to do. It kinda started to overwhelm me but that didn't stop my quest on being more "perfect"; I had it all listed on my mind like today I have to focus on working on this and this. Tomorrow will be this and that ๐
I've been getting messages from Spirit that I need rest. I'm like "cool, I love rest, I can rest while doing shadow work - 2 birds with 1 stone." I like to find ways to work smart & not hard; I did gone leaps & bounds with it but heck am I tired. I'm not doing it wrong but I fried my brain from the excessively doing it ๐
