Probably the most informative podcast I've ever listened to. I'm 70yrs old and suffering severe back pain and Mini has given me the inspiration to finally do something to change my eating and sleeping habits and help me to try and live a healthier and hopefully pain free life ( for what I have left of it ) . Please thank Anthony for me and congratulate him on such a wonderful career in football and an even better one after his retirement
Mini needs to do his own social media pages pointing us in the right direction or even supplying us with the info on nutrition. What a podcast this has been
