Thank you so much for not condemning people who eat only what they can get. It does make me feel better to look at my plate and know that, yes I wish it was healthier and yes I wish that I could have something better for my body. However, still understanding that the time and place that I am in means that I don't have the resources to get something better and that what I have is good enough for me. Really thank you. I needed that more than I thought I would.

I have been very drawn to doing this when I am using things I feel are more unhealthy than others because of financial restrictions at the moment.
