The Rev. Dr. Malachi Martin arranged for me to meet Conchita (Gonzalez) Keena at her family home in Queens, NY. She was holding a regular rosary holy hour in reparation for sins against the Immaculate Heart. A somewhat shy, unassuming woman whose deep faith was obvious. No haughtiness or attitude at all. *I was blessed.*

I’ve been privileged/blessed to visit Garabandal 20 times.
Was in Garabandal last August 2023. Had the honour of meeting Jacinta and Jeff Moynihan. Garabandal is at the crossroads of this world and Heaven. An absolutely amazing place!🙏❤️📿⚓️🇮🇪
My wife and I recently registered for your August 2024 Garabandal Pilgrimage. Can’t wait to experience this Marian site.
I’m just a couple years younger than your guest. I was over 40 before I understood that angels and demons were not symbols but real created beings. Good grief, the catechesis was horrible.

Conchita also said 3 more popes, not counting the one that will rule for a short time….thus JPI not to be counted….
She also foretold of a ‘synod’ of which many tried to correct her thinking she meant council…but she replied, no the Lady said ‘synod’
Jp1 is still listed as a pope. Doesn't matter if reign is 33 days or 45 years. Look at the early popes...some were only pope for a few years because of martyrdom.
I don't believe she ever exempted one because his Papacy was so short. I believe others rationalised that bit.
However, please advise me, with an original reference, if I am wrong.

It is not that she ‘exempted’ a pope. She was ‘qualifying’ her statement…she said yes only 3 more popes, but 3 does not count the pope with a short reign…also, how did she know about a future pope with a short reign? Another type of validator to this message.
I agree 💯 with Mr Migallo. I was born in 1966 and my catechesis was post Vatican ii and although mine was pretty solid, I still felt very strongly as a young man that something horrible had gone wrong. I knee there was a huge disconnect between the practice of all the saints of the past and my experience in the 70s (and today for that matter). I had great difficulty finding a place because I was so hungry for tradition. I made this known to vocations directors and told I'd never be accepted with such a mindset.
Yes, my friend, those opining on your perceived "mindset" were always going to express their view in this way, given they were moving along on the post-Vatican 2 tide of "modernisation" while ignoring the vital messages of Garabandal, for example. Catholic Tradition (doctrine and values) were always going to be -- in due course -- gradually erased and made unwelcome. Of course, this has never been more self-evident than the catastrophic "woke" policies being unwrapped by Francis; not only does he appear to be an 'anti-pope' (for it seems increasingly likely that the seat of St Peter was not vacant to begin
with given the revelations in recent books on this matter) -- but he appears to be anti-catholic too; not to mention the most diabolical position of consciously working against God, Himself. It is clear to see, from current apostasies, that he is tightly in lock-step with the chief globalists and this technocratic communist agenda. The shift is clear and palpable.

Conchita was interviewed by the Australian 60 Minutes in 1983. That's how I first learned about Garabandal (I was 16). But I wonder if anyone might have taped that interview as it'd be interesting to see it again.

What about Conchita mentioning that the Vatican would hold a Synod? Supposedly Conchita's mother or aunt asked her if she meant a Council....but she sais no. our Blessed Mother used thw word SYNOD and Conchita didn't know what a synod was

I believe in Garanbandal with ALL my heart. I've been to other parts of central and southern Spain. My heart is buring to go here. Im just a housewife/ grandma. I want to go with someone knowledgeable. My husband wants to go, but not as believing in all this appriation info. I do not want a big crowd pilgrimage.
Dr. Moynihan and Señor Migallo, thank you for what I believe is the best discussion on Garabandal I have heard. Great questions, a real sense of the people there, their history, and what the evidence strongly suggests to be the messages that Our Lady imparted to these children.

Very interesting and informative…I’ve always say to my fellow parishioners to take heed of the Marian apparitions coz that is how God will most likely communicate to us from now on. I hope Ed will cover from our Lady of Good Success Up to Our Lady of Akita that us feign discredited right now.

It is always good for the soul to be reminded of the need to repent and turn back to the LORD and sin no more. As an unschooled Catholic - born in '66 and not one day spent in a catholic school, although attended 'religious ed' until my confirmation in complete '70s style groovy-style - I have had to figure out everything by the help of the Holy Spirit. I have read a couple issues of the Garabandal Magazine and listened to other men and priest speak of the event. I have sought out a few interviews with Conchita. I have a comment and a question I would love some help with. Firstly, Damien's comment on "Catholic Spain" of the early '60s seems off to me, village life notwithstanding. The Spanish Civil War in the 30s - if I am to belive the history reported - devastated the Catholic church and ushered a deep and long suffering hatred in the hearts of many and like elsewhere socialism was on the rise. Secondly, why would the visionaries permanently leave the place where this prodigy in The Pines will happen. I understand the intense scrutiny they would be under (and were) but in time they should have been able to return, especially considering much of the financial health of that village today is likely attributed to their visions.
Hello Amy. Damian refers to 1960s Spain during a staunchly catholic military dictatorship, when it would have been simply too much to implicate and condemn Catholic Cardinals as being that sinful. They were seen as beyond reproach, as were bishops and priests also. So that line in the Second Message in 1965 was toned down by the diocesan and Jesuit priests in the village by not mentioning cardinals. By the dawn of the internet in the 1990s the cat had been let out of the bag.
As with 3 out of 4 of the young visionaries leaving Spain, they simply married 3 Americans and settled in the USA.

Moynihan’s overtalking and interruptions to this wonderful guest almost totally destroyed the interview. People of such little faith shouldn’t interrupt great believers like this guest with their feeble skepticism.

The moderator’s job is to provide context and summation for all listeners, many who may not be familiar with the events. I thought it was well done. I’m 65 and had no trouble listening. But maybe a better mic would help others. I’ve been reading and following Garabandal events since I first watched Ricardo Montalban narrate the video years ago!❤

Dr. Moynihan, in all charity, please try to not interrupt your guests. It made the interview so difficult to follow as his chain of thoughts kept getting derailed by unnecessary comments, such as reading aloud some viewer’s post on the show.
My hearing is not good, but even with earphones in, your audio is too mushy, Robert. It's too bad because I really would like to watch'listen but it's just not clear enough. The guest is always clear though, so it's perplexing. God bless.

Again, just like with medjugorje, never before, but I mean NEVER, would the Church have fallen to the trap of these two "apparitions" - the whole concept of the "illumination of conscience" is so theologically unsound that it would have dismissed them right from the start!!!.....May God have Mercy on us few who would like to see God in His full True Stature : we're waiting for you Jesus, we're waiting for You!!!! ✝️ ✝️ ✝️

But, even if it was True, he was mistaken there, there can be times Saints are mistaken in things of no great importance....There is sound logic into refuting these "apparitions", time also HAS proved they're not of God....AND, I'M GIVING MY LIFE FOR THIS, so there is - from one "expert" to the other!!... ✝️ ✝️ ✝️
@@uneqejam St. Pio had his funerary veil (basically the handkerchief placed on his face while lying in state), his rosary, and one of his blood-stained gloves given to Conchita Gonzales (one of the seers) after his death. Those weren't words put into St. Pio's mouth. Those were actions that confirmed his thoughts about Garabandal.

It was a time that an apparition was a rare event, those were children, and that might have been enough to convince him about it....Not everyone has the gift of discernment - there are other issues in the Church I personally would love to know what Padre Pio's opinion was about them - because it's been quite a long time that error has crept in, and Padre Pio has been active while those were flourishing... It's a mystery we'll know after death... God tells things even now if one prays enough - we can hardly breathe, let alone contemplate that, so we'll leave it to God that mystery.....Let's hope that God will have Mercy on us and relieve us soon from these great "mysteries" and "secrets" and so on - ALL tricks of Satan to imitate and send people away from Fatima, Whose message has not been heeded YET, and Whose Voice has been silenced from a long time - let's hope God will reveal all the Truth in the Light of the Day to us, and we'll live in Peace after that !!! ✝️ ✝️
Why would mary pick 4 girls to appear to and then only end up coming to see one girl alone? And didn't the girls do weird things during the visions? Like climb walls? also they chewed gum during a vision.. just weird to me
St. Padre Pio bilocated to Garabandal to tell the girls that the apparitions were authentic. He also had his rosary, his funeral veil, and one of his gloves to Conchita upon his death. Sounds like he might know what he was talking about.
This was a very disjointed interview.
