I’m an older lady and divorced and I’m trying to buy a house or condo. rates are so high and I’m so discouraged. I need to find a way to make passive income and equity because I’ll be retiring and I won’t have enough Social Security to live on.
Most of what I’ve been approved for are in bad areas or houses that are practically falling apart. Sure don’t know what to do, but the high rent that I pay in an unsafe area gets me down.
