Beautiful!
I wish dearly to have acess to this arrangement for our church
The composer of the melody granted permission to distribute recordings of his tune, but I'm afraid I still haven't been able to get permission to distribute sheet music (the rights to publishing are handled separately). The words are all directly from The Book of Psalms for Worship, and it's available in print, online, and in an app if that would be any help to you. Feel free to email me at the address in the "about" section in my channel if you want to know more. Thanks for the encouragement.
This is fantastic. Thanks so much for doing this.
Inspiring. Lovely.
So beautiful.
From your Sister in Christ at Terre Haute Reformed Presbyterian Church.
Very nice! Extremely impressive! Can you please do a Latin version next?
Thank you! I'm not sure I can improve on the wonderful Latin versions already out there! The original recording on the Henry V soundtrack is lovely.
I love these lyrics and harmonies! If you don’t mind sharing the sheet music for this choral arrangement, I’d like to ask for a copy of this.
Hi Marie, unfortunately I'm still waiting for permission to distribute this sheet music; the rights to the tune belong to Patrick Doyle, the original composer. I got permission to distribute audio recordings, but so far no answer on sheet music. I will let you know if the publisher ever gets back to me. Thank you so much for the encouragement, though!
Nicely done, Brian! Are the harmonies your invention, or from the composer?
Thank you! The original piece has more than one chord progression under that same melody, so I took what seemed to be the most straightforward progression and made my own four-part arrangement of it. In other words, the voicing are mine but not the chord progression. The descant is as close to the original as I could make out by ear.
@@anatomyofthesoul8166 -I've been singing this in my head ever since my first listen, Brian. I like it very much. Are you willing to send your vocal score? I'd like to give it a try.
Thank you LORD for inspiring this song, and for giving some of us the gifts to arrange and sing them.
