    God Alexi's guitars are awesome. If it had a neck pick up I'd probably buy one.

      Where's the problem? The original Alexi signature doesn't have a neck pick up, yes, but the ESP SV which is nothing else than an Alexi with two PU's has it. It also has no PreAmp-Booster and other inlays but the shape is the same and the hardware (NeckThru, FloydRose and so on) also.

      Instead of the SV, it would be better to get the ESP Arrow. Same specs as the SV and Alexi, but a much more brutal machine than the both of them. I have one from the Original Series line with the Maziora bevels and it slays the SV and the Alexi.

      U don't rly need 2 pickups :P both of my guitars only have one pickup (one is emg81 and one is seymor duncan JB sh4) and i never ever felt a need for the neck one. Cleans sound better on bridge, riff sound better and solos sound better and force you to play cleaner.

      ***** It depends what sound you want... some tend to like dimebags tone

      @ironbooze2937 Před 8 lety

      +melodicdethrash well, they get payed for it, and as it's such a big band a few strings won't blow the budget and they always have perfect tone.
