Thank you soo much for this video. New sub, my Grandad and Nan were involved in a bad accident in 1930’s London which left them both severely damaged but alive. They had two kids, years after this, despite the injuries... I’m one of the grandchildren and ride a triumph 1050 I’m weeping through this video, I’m not too proud to admit..Thanks Guys..
Hello there sorry to hear the video brought back painful memories of the accident your grand parents were involved in even after all these years but also pleased in a round about way to hear that you enjoyed it . ( My mate Alex the mouthy one is still going strong on the biker scene and currently riding a Triumph T 140 )
Dont ever build a bike on a table like that! Unless you have a ramp set up!!! Why put the old guy on the back!! He scraped the fishtails!! he didn't even lift it!!
One of my deceased father's favourite motor cycles...
Always love you videos of the cockney A team. Especially Ron, he's a legend. Thanks for posting John, gave me a smile.
I forgot to mention my Grandad was a real man and went on to fight in WW2 for practically the entire war.. Miss you Grandad..

The Special was the bottom of the range; next up was the Sports Special with slightly improved valve timing!
I have two Ulsters! one a '37 bronze head, and another bought in bits a '39 model nearing completion!

...so the 1937 back&gold Rudge 500cc Special I owned, must have been hatched then?
