- They looked like a common couple, but while the husband loafed around, the wife was forced to work in order to provide for both of them.
One day, they were invited to their best friends' anniversary. The wife chose a gift that her husband rejected right off the bat because he believed it to be too expensive.
So, he came up with the "genius" idea of giving their friends a preowned painting from their living room.
Will their friend figure out that the gift is not new? And what other surprises can we may expect from such a greedy man?

Wow. This was a great video. It got more and more intriguing and I was completely surprised by the ending as I waited for the husband to get his pay-off. The actor that played the wife to the antagonist of the story had me convinced by her anger. This was a real life lesson in this video. I again appreciated the sound-music ending and the cawing of the crow was again prophetic for the story. Thank you again for such a life story that had a life lesson and really had me fooled to the end. Thank you!

Great Video. Another variation on that could have been that he gave the painting to his friends, got into an argument with those friends, broke up the friendship and later the friends find out that the painting is very valuable and is worth over a million dollars.

Moral of the story is you won't get anything if you are greedy too much in life. đđ
I know the point of the story is to show that the guy would trade anything to get $100K but from a different perspective it can also show that the bad times can cause someone to do such things.
