Watching all the videos. Thank you! Got Hubby one for Christmas and can't wait to get out. Still snowing here in Canada but heading to the Dominican Republic at the end of the month. Looking forward to getting into this new hobby. We live on Loyalist Land. There was a shingle mill, blacksmiths shop and a school all on our property. The land has been in the family for over 4 generations so we have a good idea where these buildings were. My husband's dad is still living, about 87 years old and knows where all the crossings were at the brook and where the paths lead through the woods to another school. He is in great shape, so hoping to glean lots of info from him.
