All recorded today =D Thought I would do something special because of my absence, I was thinking of doing Dark Side of The Moon piano version album too, would be pretty cool I think. Blink were my favourite band when I was 16 so I did this, was strange hearing these songs again I forgot most of them hard to believe since I was such a big fan.

I played this whole album during the intro/seating at my wedding. There were a few in the crowd that couldn't wipe the stupidly huge smirk from their faces.

I was looking for a piano composition of I miss you to play and sing to for inspiration. I found this album and it's just beautfiul. Blink have been my favorite band for 20-21 years. Every album sounds even better to me. The stories they've told, the jokes, the inspiration from their personal sharing of what their life is. It inspires me, and saved my life when I was most depressed in highschool. They inspired me to play guitar and have an amazing appreciation for the world of music as I became a musician myself because of them, I have lived a sad life but I have one thing I'm proud of because of them. Songs I've made that I can sit there and say for once "I'm proud of that", without their music I know I'd not have that at all right now in this dark world. I'm glad they inspired this. Beautiful compositions. I sent them all the link on instagram hopefully they see these pieces.
Coming up on 5 years- in a few days. Still married. Was recently reminiscing about life, at the beach, and the “Blink 182 Piano seating music” topic came up. Needless to say shit was on blast the rest of the evening. Glad to see the growth Lucas, and thanks for making that day a little bit more subliminally special.

Love Blink-182, knew their piano was spectacular and haunting, but never dreamed it was this incredibly beautiful. Adam's Song is so amazing wish it was here, wedding or not.

These were always my favourite songs by them but I'm sure theres another couple of albums worth of songs that nobody really covers that would sound good on piano =)
Fell upon this accidentally when trying to find a good Blink 182 song for my wedding as my fiancé is the biggest Blink fan. This will be our seating music for the wedding ceremony. I think it will give a nice personal touch.

I've always found the Piano to be my favourite instrument. It's the only one you can play the bass and the main chorus by yourself for like any song and have it sound full and rich with sound that doesn't feel like it "needs" anything other than itself. The resonance with piano is magical. It's kinda the only reason i'll go to church now and again just to hear the baby grand piano they have there be played inside that huge echoing structure. This is an awesome upload: 2000's punk rock and piano for 40 minutes?!? Fk ye.

Wow, just wow. I feel like some of these songs (especially I Miss You) truly flourish in their piano version. I'm not sure why, however, also if there are no vocals it feels like the direct message of the song resonates through the tones. It's hard to explain, haha x) also, this showed me two songs of Blink I didn't even know yet so I am even more happy to listen to this c:
