You can get all the parts for this build from Bricklink.com for around $250.00 plus shipping if you allow it to select new and used parts, as of 10/17/2022. It will cost more if you only get new parts.

If you got the instructions form Rebrickable there is a way on their website to upload the parts list to Bricklink.com where you can order the parts.

It does not come with the parts needed. You have to use your parts or buy them from Bricklink.
It says it ships but it’s just giving you the instructions? And it says it has compatible bricks.
Rebrickable.com only sells the instructions. Were are you trying to buy this from that sells it as a kit\set?
