There is a centering adjustment on the arm that moves the belt from 33 to 45. If the belt is not riding exactly centered on the crown portion of that pulley, you've got problems. The centering adjuster on the side (moon shaped black plastic piece with a screw holding it), you can loosen the screw and turn the adjuster with a flat head screwdriver. Note that it changes the travel distance of the speed changing arm, either up or down. Adjust it so it centers the belt on the crown of the pulley.
