@@pest174 Just to keep oils off the metal parts. I don't think you will see fingerprints on this though, unlike maybe a Hot Toys chrome trooper which would definitely show fingerprints.
me to i email them 3 time like right after and to this day no reply thats really really bad customer service on there part i even try canceling my order and still no reply ill never buy directly from them again
@boaaa82 Customer service with them is basically non-existent. I've contacted them 4 times via their site and left 3 messages via phone for a status update. Mezco has not responded in any way. If I don't receive a response or shipping notice by next week, I will call my bank and initiate a charge back. I have 3 other items on Preorder. I will also cancel those and say screw the NRD. I'm over it.
Sorry to hear that. Some people got theirs literally months ago. Mine showed up a week ago. Mezco customer service has become worse and worse sadly. I'm still waiting on a response from pics I sent about issues with my Gotham By Gaslight Batman. I think their QC issues have increased (for whatever reason) and they don't have enough staff to support it. I still really like Mezco overall, but they've dropped a bit across the board in all areas.
I literally received a tracking number an hour ago. If I take another chance on ordering direct, it has to be a must-have exclusive, but even then, I'd probably pass. BBTS, Amazon, or Entertainment Earth is the way to go because there is little to no deposit, and if there is an issue, at least you can talk to someone and get either a replacement or refund.
I just received mine. Love the figure. Just felt there was a need of an extra cape without the wire so it draps well. By any chance was there any in the empty area below the tray hands in the first layer? Just curious, as mine is empty. 😂
Nice to hear you received yours! There was only one cape but it would have been nice to have a second without wire, like many of their Batman figs have. I just really wish the cape had wire in the bottom. Would make it much easier to work with.

Yeah I wish he could hit that pose but he can do quite a bit for an armored figure.

Sadly, I think you are right! Some of those are impossible to replicate.

@@Mr767267I'm not sure. Maybe they scrapped something last minute or that's just the way the mold was made?
I think it's just a spacer so the trays don't collapse onto itself. Mine is empty as well. I thought it was missing something as well.
