I dint know i had this much pain in me untill I listened to this, actually after I read one comment about childhood, it made me realise how much anger I had in me that was causing so much back pain. My childhood the emotional bonds as a little girl, only way to get attentions by throwing tantrums. I tell myself everyday I'm growing, learning how to be a better mother and wife. I hv never been a mother or a wife before . On a journey that all my faith is in God and universe all will turn out for my good in the end!

My dad passed earlier this year. I have a lot of trouble processing emotions, and I’ve had a lot of difficulty trying to resolve this sadness that has turned into depression and anger. I think about it a lot, and I cry rarely. My heart knows he’s gone, but my head just can’t come to terms with it.
Anyway. I turned this video on after doing some breathing exercises, and popped into the shower. I haven’t cried so hard in a really long time, and all I could think about was my dad. I’m hoping that this is finally the beginning of my journey to healing.

I read your comment and after 10 + years of severe depression I cried for both of us. MY Dad is 72 and I'm 4 months clean.... he wants me to go build a cabin in Northern Canada 🇨🇦 with him and I'm going now thank you. If I didn't read your comment it could have been the worst of endings to an opportunity for us. Fortunately I collect my tears in an imaginary jar so that you get a hug in the after life (heaven from my Dad and your Dad and me....I just know that is how it works.. you cry I cry we cry... you try I try we try... I just discovered this video. Had been searching for this exact one and did not even know it until I found it by accident. What a blessing! So much loss of loved ones the last 3 years and now battling cancer. Forgiveness for my past mistakes I cannot find. They are overwhelming and consume me. Yet I have so much to be thankful for. Now when I think "why me" I say to myself "why not me" why should others have these burdens instead of me. I am not better than my neighbor. I see a St. Jude commercial and feel guilty for whining about anything. I spent the last hour reading comments and replies. Thank you all they are inspiring.❤

I have listened to this no less then a few hundred times. This flute is my instrument and it places me in the deepest of crevasses of peace. I play this and within a few minutes I exhale this large breath of frustration. Releasing all of my negative energy. This is beyond a physical rewards. It is a spiritual reward.

This music reminds of my older brother.. 2 years ago he left the house and said will see you later .. it was the last time he said that because he never came home after due to a heart attack while he was driving 🥲.. he was only 51 .. so that tells you we are here today but no promise we will tomorrow.. life is too short for all of us.. enjoy it while we are around.. Sorry for nitpicking but it's hard to tell if you are being nice or mean, because you are wishing people noting but peace and love. I assume you don't want to deny them happiness but that is probably what you should not deny people of in all your wisdown. You should probably say something like you wish everything but xyz and then say what xyz is like mostly just bad things, but you can include things like birthdays. You could make a website.

I think I want to visit this video every night, before I go to bed, and leave some wonderful positive messages. I feel so relaxed, and it's astounding the amount of wonderful comments everyone has. After neglecting spiritual needs for a long time, I think I finally understand what it means to be grateful and humble, after forgetting during some dark times. I feel like I'm clawing my way back up the hole I dug myself and it's so painful. I'm crying while typing this, but it's getting everything out.
