My freind has been offered a job in one of the companies in Qatar. His sponsor is providing him a 6 month secondment letter.
My question is can he quit the job after 1 or two months if he gets a better offer elsewere, and his sponsor provides him a NOC. Or he has to wait for the completion of 6 month period.

Brother my current company is saying they will give me resignation acceptance letter in English but new company HR is saying they need that letter in Arabic in company letter head is there any issue to submit English acceptance of resignation letter is this ok to translate that document in Arabic before submitting the document.

I recently applied for change, I submitted employer change form in English, my QiD, passport, contract,resignation, new company CR and computer card. And I got approval in less that 10 days.
And I did that application online by my self. It’s very easy if you have all the above docs ready which I have mentioned.

Brother i got notic period yesterday...now my Current Company if they want can make issue for me?
Notice period from Adalsa?..if you received from ADALSA than they can't do. You application has been approved. Just inform to the PRO of your new company that you have received the Notice period message from ADALSA. However they also received the notification from ADALSA. Good Luck
What if company is not giving acceptance letter , NOC or computer card even after finishing the 2 years contract ?

I don’t think so there is any hard and fast rule ..if your current company is ok to let you go with noc or stamped resignation paper

Bhai Aapko ADALSA se ek message aayega about notice period. Wo message hi Approval Hai...Aapko koi alag se message nahi aayega ki aapki application approve ho Gayi hai...Jaise hi Aapko message aaye notice period waala ADALSA se use apne next company k HR ya PRO ko send Kare. Agr aapne as Per current company norms Notice period serve Kar diya h which is basically one month with majority of the company and aapko ADALSA ka notice period bhi aa gaya Hai to aap anytime new company join Kar sakte ho.
Apke bat tik hi bhi mera government ko change hi Mera online apply mera immigration ne kardya offer letter sub Kuch deya hi ADLSA se notice period sub msg aya hi leken me metrash me check karta ho status under process show karta jb Approve hojayega to phir new contract sign karega
Ha wo aapko apne naye employer ko batana padega bhai. Metrash Mai time lgta h update hone mai agar Mai galat nahi hu to ...aap apne naye employer ko batao job ka sawal h.

Please check all your documents…and if you don’t know how to apply than you can go to the souq waqif there are lots of shops 🏬 who’s doing this kind of work. Wish you all the best..if you have NOC it will not take longer
