In the first case, I feel like the judge made a ruling based on feelings more than the law. The grandmother gave a key to the grandson, giving him access to the house. She can’t say that the grandson is irresponsible, but still give him a key to her house if he’s irresponsible.
Just wanna say that. The 1st case has not been judge rightly. I think it's not his father's fault . The son is old enough to have a party so surely he should be old enough to accept the consequences of it . (Just my opinion)
1st case: Just let the son work it off and pay his father back.
