HIDDEN Administrator Account Windows 10 - UNCOVER It In 3 Easy Ways

- There is a built-in hidden administrator account in Windows 10 which is no longer enabled by default since Windows Vista. Up until Windows XP the built in administrator account was readily available when you set up your computer for the first time. Now when you perform a fresh Windows installation like on Windows 10, the first setup account will be a local user account with administrator privileges, but it is not the built-in administrator account which has some extra perks that you are going to want to know about to impress your friends and make your Windows experience much more safe and secure. So today I will show you 3 ways to enable the built-in administrator account after a Windows installation, and I will also explain why you should do this as well as why you shouldn’t really bother, let’s tech it out.
Command in CMD or Power Shell (Admin):
net user administrator /active:yes
net user administrator /active:no
net user administrator password

This video is Useless for someone just trying to access or remove the stupid admin acct that came with your home computer!!! When you 1st boot the comp & set it up you create the admin acct for it however, there is still a hidden admin account from the company that built the computer which has remote access ability!!! HOW DO YA GET RID OF THIS ADMIN acct or at least remove all the permissions that they have??

My standard user account does not have admin. rights so every time I try to enable the actual admin acct. I get a message saying that its not going to happen essentially.

Whats driving me INSANE is the amount of times this happens to me where i restart my pc entirely and am freely able todo admin things then a week later i cant delete my temp folder and i see extra users and admins again. Im getting honestly tired of PC and im going to consider never owning one again

It isn't there I don't see Local Users and Groups. What do I do every time I try running after burner it doesn't give me the other option it just says To continue enter admin user name or password but I don't know where to do that I am getting really annoyed.

Need help big time, i uninstalled onedrive, and the admin is asking for it, I’ve also never had administrator until I created another user and somehow magically made another user that has Administrator commands? Now it’s saying that I don’t have permissions to do anything.
I did a fresh install and there was a thing called preload error and the only account that's on the machine says administrator but it's locked out and I have not even been able to unlock it through the console I really don't know what else to do

I'm just here to find out if there is a way to set default user account.
let's say you have admin, user 1 and user 2.
I only wanted to show User 2 on boot up.
and make Admin and User 1 appears inside the menu to switch.
is this even possible?
What the video failed to mention is that you have to log in with a local/network account with administrative rights in order to do all of these.
I would love to know where they keep finding this Local Users and Groups section on the Computer Management window. I and MANY OTHERS have yet to have this question answered. All these people doing the SAME DAMN THING but not explaining why some computers have this Local Users and Groups and some do not...

access denied, bhai jan issue is i have deleted my login email account 1 year before and now it is not allowing me to login in
My built in (Windows 10) backup "ADMINISTRATOR USER ACCOUNT" seems to be totally gone. I can't even get to the C:windows\system32> window to start this process. It's not even letting me do a SYSTEM RESTORE--- because I no longer have Administrator permission, although I am the administrator. I don't even have a guest user option to create another account NOR the Local Users and Groups, in the Computer Management folder. Arrrggg!

I did not have Local Users and Groups through the same process. I had to type it in. When I got there, it said, "This snapin may not be used with this edition of Windows 10. To manage user accounts for this computer, use the User Accounts too in the Control Panel. When I went there, it says that I have all the administrator rights but it doesn't work! :(
windows 10 come with different editions that you can do this. I don't think the windows 10 Home can do this
Problem I have is this 2 options. When I start the pc I have admin and local account. Problem is that isnasking for password for admin and I never gave a password. So for me to go tongrpup account. Is always asking for admin password. Tried all. Nothing works

I'm wondering if my computer is hacked. In my Word Documents, in the Properties, under Security, there is an extra account that says, "Account Unknown(X-X-XX-XXXXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXXXXX-XXXX)" and it has a long list of numbers where the X's are. Have I been hacked? If so, how can I get rid of this? Also, certain files won't open even across my Gmail attachment, one particular one is my Passcodes file.
It says: "WOrd experienced an error trying to open the file. Try these suggestions. CHeck the file permissions for the document or drive. Make sure ther is sufficient memory and disk space. Open the file with Text Recovery converter.
Actually just prior, about 2 days ago, the first strange thing that happened was that my computer suddenly said, "This computer has been locked." And I couldn't do anything. I recovered it by holding the power button down and turning it back on.

in my laptop (windows 10 home) problems are like this:
1. users and groups folder not present under computer management.
2. i have created local users by using control panel, but created user not saving(prersent/appearing) at users folder.
and not showing at login options on screen
3. by using:

i messed up i was an admin then i switched to control panel group thought it was better then adminstrator big regrets ima do a reset cause theres no way out of this
You streched the video for too long
you need windows 10/11 pro to activate the admin account in that way --BUT-- there is another way to do it.
type cmd into search and run it as an administrator. once you have accepted the uac prompt, type in "net user Administrator /active:yes" without the quotation marks and press enter.
then go to the lock screen and the administrator account should appear!
i hope that helped you all for people stuck on windows 10/11 home.
