I like how you can access the laundry from the master suite; no need to walk all the way around.
That's one of my favorite features too! LOTS of builders are noticing that we like this. I'm seeing it more and more!

This is my favorite floor plan, my dream home. Perfect for a single person like myself. Every thing on one level. So tired of cleaning my up and down.

Stay tuned... later in the week we have the Palazzo which is VERY disabled friendly! There are definitely still some cabinets up a little bit, but as soon as I saw it I thought it was perfect for mobility!

Prices start in the $250s and go up to the high $300s depending on the model you choose. Remember, that by the time you do options and upgrades, you will be at least 10% higher in most cases. Hi Aaron! This home starts at just over $300,000... but that is base pricing. I always recommend you allow at least 10% more for upgrades and options.

@@aaronlee4913 I noticed that someone gave you some pricing on the model home that was not correct. I wouldn't let you spend $300,000 over base pricing for ANY model home no matter what it had in it! If you would like a price on the actual model, let me know and I can find out for you. Base pricing has gone up a little bit since I posted this, but we are still talking about very low $300s. So with 10% for options and upgrades you are under $350k and if you wanted to totally bling it out and spend an extra $50k, you are still not going over $400k. :)

Well... I have good news and bad news... The bad news is that they don't build this plan anymore. The good news is that they have introduced a few other plans I will feature on my channel in the future!

As it says in the video, it starts (started) in the low $300s. BUT, they actually don't build this one anymore. :(
Somebody needs to oil that front door it creaks like a haunted house... A bathroom with a shower isn't a full bath it is a 3/4 bath ..a full bath has a tub... So ballpark price ?
LOL on the door! The current starting price for this floor plan is $305,995 but you should allow at least another 10% for options and upgrades.
Im wondering how can they discriminate by age...55+ community??? You telling me that I cant buy this home because Im in my 30s...WHAT!!!
In Florida (and some other states) they have a special designation for certain communities for 55+ only. Too much history to go into here about the law, but I understand where you are coming from... :)

This model is not available to purchase as is. You could build one, but that pricing would be done at the design center.
