@@cluelessfamily_I donated yesterday, and right after, I felt weird and like I was going to pass out (I didn’t), but that resolved fairly quickly. After, I felt tired and exhausted the rest of the day. I feel more normal today.
Everybody’s body is different though.

I donate blood regularly but here is the catch. Donating blood definitely helps and saves lives but it definitely isnt good for a donor body. You basically force your bone marrows to work harder to replenish lost red cells. How does this even benefit a donor body?
