Ingredients:
400 g basmati long grain rice(or as per your choice)
400 g peas
1 large size onion
1 tbsp garlic paste
1/2 tbsp ginger paste
2 inch ginger Julian
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
2 tsp salt
2 thick green chilies
2-3 green chilies
1 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 bay leaves
8-10 black pepper corn
1 black cardamom
4 green cardamom
4-5 cloves
2 inch cinnamon stick
1 mace
120 ml of oil
