I've built a channel focused super heavily on evergreen content, and it is fantastic. It's rough to see the struggle for views when it is being viewed only by subscribers, but in a few months they tend to get going on their own! If I miss a weekly upload, my channel's overall view chart is practically unaffected that week.
I have a question. Provided that you remain in the partner program and your video is eligible for monetization, will youtube automatically demonitize a video simply due to the age of the video?

No it will only do that if you're entire channel drops below 4000 watch hours a year and 1000 subs
What does actionable means?
I’ve already been doing these these thing but will get like 1000 views in the first half hour but after the they only get 5 to 0 views a day
Top 10 videos are Evergreen?
So long as the items you talk about don't go out of date
