I still find it odd that gobkishi became a Minotaur during his final evolution in the anime. I would have thought he would evolve into something like a cyclops since the evolutions were based on becoming more human like. Ex: Gobrou going from goblin to bob goblin to what he was in the third and fourth forms. I’m guessing it was more based on how they act that determined the evolution. Ex: Unlike Gobrou, Gobkishi was more a brute force fighter. So, he would be less human like and more animal like. While that makes sense on paper, it still feels odd.

- Rou does become God-like in a Year. The anime only reached his 3rd evolution - Apostle Lord on Day 107, not Vajrayaksa Overlord at Day 245. He had the option of Demon King of Destruction and Demon Emperor of Conquest, but Rou considered them inferior to an Overlord based on Vajrayaksa, "The Devourer of Demons"-manifestation of Buddha.
Among the items in Velvet's tomb Airgeatlámh is special. Rou lost his arm against the demon bear, so instead of a mere gauntlet it was a artificial arm. It makes sense if you know the mythology, it's name after the silver arm of Nuada from from Irish mythology - Nuada Airgetlám *Nuada of the Silver Arm. - Hajime's Prosthetic Arm in Arifureta, Bedivere's arm in Fate/Grand Order, Airgetlám in Symphogear, and literally any anime featuring a silver prosthetic arm in a fantasy world is all based on this myth.
