Well filmed and very entertaining. Your inserted informative texts are top notch. BTW, the "Weisswürste" aren't a Nuremberg/Frankonian specialty. Rather a southern Bavaria specialty. The other two plates showed one of the two typical Nuremberg/Franconia specialties: the "Nürnberger Bratwürste mit Sauerkraut." The name is obviously the give away. The other Frankonian specialty would have been "Schäuferla (Schäufala or Schäufele) mit Klos." A flat pork shoulder served with the bone and a large (or two) dumplings (sometimes with sauerkraut or the likes too) with a dark sauce. If made perfectly simply heavenly. The perfect ones will have a crusty rind. Maybe I missed it, no pics of the Nuremberg castle on the top of the hill overlooking the entire town? The "Nürnberger Burg" (castle) IS actually the landmark of Nuremberg. Was pretty much right next to were you walked to the "Trödel Stuben". Should have walked to the top. Looks like you perfct weather too. Would have been a fantastic view for miles and miles. BTW the restaurant name "Trödel Stuben" has always intrigued because a literal translation would be "Junk Rooms". Whereas "trödelmarkt" also stands for flea market. The inside of the restaurant is a timetravel.

Thank you so much for your comment & tips. We will definitely be back in Nuremberg & do some more filming. We were at the castle some years ago actually & it’s definitely a landmark. Will be sure to him there next time. Big Prost from Australia 🍺🍺🍺
