Tokyo City Views from Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building Observatory (45th floor)

Each of twin towers of Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building has an observatory at a height of 202 meters (45th floor). Although the observatory in the northern tower is currently closed for the public, the southern deck also offers almost 360 degrees view of Tokyo at any time of day and it's completely free!
