- So here's the fourth episode of this project.
This time we'll actually get it painted.

Looking great! I.m working on swapping an engine into my 1:1 2001 Cherokee right now. Take your time with it, get it to where you want it to be.

Been doing the trim paint around the windows and a few spots on it. Have a few ideas that I may try with it. But I should be able to mount it to the chassis this week sometime for good.
It's not perfect but I don't want it to be either.
If it's too clean, I'll never take it out on the trail.
But this thing is really coming along. Video does it no justice.
Hope to have it wrapped up very soon.

Lol, yeah 4.0 I had just swapped in a rebuild a year ago last october. An intake lifter failed, so they sent me a warranty replacement engine. But I still have to do the labor! Nothing like doing the same job twice! @@Mavv.err.ickk506

This is the third one I've owned in the last 10 years, and the first one that is relatively rust free. I love XJs, have about thirty - 1:64 diecast, three 1:12 RCs, And I just started getting into 1:10, so that is why I'm watching your video! It never ends :) @@Mavv.err.ickk506
