1. Click the "Home" button on the vehicle to navigate to the main screen.
2. Scroll the "Menu" knob to highlight "Phone."
3. Highlight and choose "Phone Settings."
4. Choose "Bluetooth."
5. Select "Pair Device." (iPhones are discoverable when the car is searching for a phone to pair with. However, Android devices will need to manually be put into discoverable mode.)
6. Once your Bluetooth is turned on (and visible to other Bluetooth devices in Android's case) choose "Pair."
7. When "Buick Encore" appears on your phone, select it.
8. Make sure that the number that appears on the car's screen is the same as the number that appears on your phone, then click "Pair" on your phone.

SOLUTION IF YOU CANT DELETE PAIRED DEVICES
so it sounds crazy but it worked for me.
start the car, make sure your door is closed. then turn the car off after it boots up the screen.
open your driver door ALL THE WAY, make sure keys are out of the ignition and leave the door fully open for 5 minutes... after 5 minutes get back in, shut the door and start the car....
this should reset the computer and then try to delete the paired devices. This worked for me, hope it works for you

Alternative Solution:
Open the car door all the way, and start the car. With the car door open, go to the configuration and delete the devices. This worked for me.

I'm having the same problem with a 2016 encore. They say to delete devices but you can't delete devices. I can't wait to get rid of this car. Don't buy a Buick Encore people
