When i was there last year I was talking with the owner and he turned them on for us. He said he got them from a closed park but i forget where he said. He restored them with a friend. Fun facts: Chocolate World is not the flagship store for Hersheypark...actually owned by different companies and not affiliated at all. CW is owned by The Hershey Company (the actual choc company, hence the special chocolates and "factory tour" there); HP is owned by Hershey Entertainment & Resorts.
