THERE ARE NO TIME STAMPS AND HERE IS THE RECIPE:
300 grams of Goat Cheese
12 olives chopped (green - with garlic if you like)
12 pitted Kalamata olives
Sundried tomatoes - 6 or 7 and soak up the oil before adding to your dish
Balsamic Vinegar - drops to your liking- maybe 10
Now mix this all up, and do not over-mix it. Also when you add the Balsamic Vinegar do not add too much, but if beige is your color then so be it. Put in the fridge and let sit. Enjoy as a topping for any cracker you like.
