I have no problem with your encouraging words spoken, but I would say term "positive deviance" is not the best phrase for what you're describing.
Deviance has come to mean in common parlance that which is deviant from what is good and natural. To be perfectly honest people will think of sexual acts. And in your talk you indeed mention what is broken, relationships, etc., reinforcing this idea of the word deviant as the not good things. Therefore they are not positive, and the term "positive deviance" is misleading.
Most of your talk is actually just about focusing on the positive things in your life, building on that, and nothing untrue is spoken. But i find it unsettling that what you describe is called "positive deviance" 😁 Something which is morally deviant from good remains deviant, not positive.
