The soap you considered a disaster does not look that way to a non-professional but long-experienced baker. It could be prettier, sure but to me that looked like deliberately melted icing on top of something decadently rich. I was sitting here watching and thinking, I'd use that soap in a heartbeat. Just wanted to let you know and that others' comments are quite correct.

This soap was beautiful❤️❤️❤️ for some reason the first thing that came to mind was the Who's from the Grinch that stole Christmas. The little bits of soap made that so cute!!!. I don't know if you'll ever even read this, but I had an idea while watching this. White base, and you do a green layer that resembles a Christmas tree with the swirling tool with white and top it off with a layer or red and white piping and top off with a gold ball for the star and rainbow glitter for the Christmas lights! I don't know technical terms so hopefully you get my vision

My dad says that the figgy pudding soap fail, actually looked like it had real frosting on top. And he is very picky, so much so that I can't cook anything for him.

Finally got my bar of this in the mail!!!! We had 5 days without mail run because of a freeze and I was getting antsy. SMELLS AWESOME and I just used it on my hands and it FEELS AWESOME. I am in soap love :)

i actually like the fig soap. not gonna lie, in the loaf it does look kinda dreadful but once it's cut it totally transforms. like, it's haphazard-looking but in a cute and charming way. idk I like it

The figgy pudding one doesn't look too bad, it still has that cupcake-y look, just instead of a piped top it's a smeared top~

Where did you get the single bar cutter ? I’ve been watching your videos for about a year now and I’ve tried to find out where you got yours from but I can’t seem to find it anywhere. I’ve really been wanting to get into soap making for a while and watching your videos makes me want to do that even more.
Ashley Rose she bought it from Buds Woodshop. It is an Etsy shop. But he does not make the single bar cutter anymore. You’ll find plenty of cutters on Etsy

I love how creative and fun you are. I was just wondering if the melt and pour ever gets pearly or leaks glycerin after you unmold it. I have had this problem and can't figure out what to do.
melt and pour does not leak glycerin. The dew that sometimes forms on it is water that was drawn out of the surrounding air because the glycerin in the soap attracts moisture. It is combated by wrapping the soap in plastic wrap
Its so hard to be patient isnt it?! Thats my biggest obstacle also! I love these, very creative and the "peasant soap" looks good Katie, the balls on top look like cherries and look edible! What was the fragrance called from wsp that accelerates?

how do you calculate enough oils to fill your molds and to still have a little extra to pipe? Or do you whip up another batch??
