Cos he's really hard to play against.
Forget about blocking and punishing, most of his moves are plus on block or at least safe
Forget about moves that have minus frames or even neutral frames because as soon as he starts his offense, you're done.
Even forget about counter hits since his range is endless and you won't be able to squeeze a single move between his strings
You're best bet would be
1- Hitting him with endless lows, which is what allowed TMM to get the rounds he got and Kazuya has good lows.
2- Attacking him with plus frame moves which Kazuya unforunately sucks at
You need to be aggressive against Hwoarang
Being defensive will get you killed

@@kakacech Lab one or two characters, get really really good with them and that will make it a lot more fun. I don't have time to lab everyone in Tekken 7 either, but if you get really, really good with one or two of your favorites and start climbing ranks and winning more, it's sooo rewarding. Makes you want to keep going. My main is Eddy and am currently at Usurper, I try to play a few rounds a day but also watch a LOT of Eddy videos to improve where my skillset is lacking.

@@paradiseb5950 Unit used to express time in tekken. It can be used in any game though. It is assumed that you get 60fps first, then suppose a move is 10 frames (a simple jab) that means it will take 1/60*10 = 0.16 seconds for a jab to come and hit. Frame advantage is the same concept, if you have +frames advantage then it means if both players do same attack then one with the advantage will hit

At 17:50 K-Wiss blocks a low and then goes right into a hop kick that launches. Does anyone know how to do that?
Its a delayed hop-kick usually works on high minus lows when blocked. Just press uf after blocking and while in mid air press 4. It’s a universal move like the low parry.
I'm in low ranks still so my opinion may be irrelevant but I think characters like Hworang, Katarina, eddy, etc. (Characters with a lot of pressure) are the greatest menace bc you simply can't keep up at first

My guess was the same. Zafina has lows that carried the player to that rank. Or maybe his brother was playing the game. xD

I don’t know why but Hwoarang is so hard for me to defend his strings when the 50/50 comes. I always guess wrong and I play with him enough to know it 😆 🤦🏽♂️. No character has this type of gameplay where his pressure just never ends it’s like constant never ending flow of highs mids lows. Atleast with other characters you have maximum 4 move flows so you know when it’s your turn.

I think player's with dash like kazuya jin paul bryan are very strong with strong moves but that make them also slightest slower comparing to players without dash...my opinion
Wave dashing is the fastest way to move forward ; paul is not a wave dash , more like a crouch dash.
