My first Samael concert i attended was back in 1996, it was in Prague and they played all songs from Passage. Their companions were Moonspell (with album Irreligion) and Rotting Christ after releasing Triarchy of the lost Lovers. It was one of the best concerts I ever attended! I love this song \m/

For me, no Tragedy, that T.O.T. were not there in Prague (I hope you meant Theatre of Tragedy, because if not, my joke about tragedy would became a tragedy :-) You mentioned Dortmund...there is a link to Deutschland and the concert in Prague: I and friend of mine spent rest of night with two gorgeous ladys from Dusseldorf ... I was 17 y/o byck then. Sweet dark black metal years :-) \m/
Last CD from TOT I bought was Aegis. Of course, Their eponymous debut album and Velvet darkness they fear were much better (i still love them), but Aegis was still quite tolerable (except fot the last song, it pissed off me somehow, I never finished listenig to this one). From Aegis on, I did not follow their work anymore. Yep, there were great underground times back then. Greetingz from Pilsen.
I love it more. Pamiętam jak z 20 lat temu wracałem do domu w nocy rowerem i słuchałem sobie "Passage" z walkmana porykując przy tym sobie. (Może to był "Eternal", ale mniejsza z tym, też świetny album.) Po czasie usłyszałem opowieść znajomego, który powiedział, że jakiś jego znajomy wracał po nocy do domu pieszo tą samą drogą i uslyszał tak przerażające ryki, że schował się w przydrożnym rowie. Czas się zgadzał, pewnie usłyszał mnie. Biedny on;)

Hi Iwona, I love this album too. Ja pamiętam dzień kiedy kupiłem zaraz po jej wydaniu w "heavy metal shop" na ulicy Długiej w Krakowie, w passagu- nomen omen- . W ogóle kocham Samael. Pozdrowienia
