Ten years ago I had my very first flight, i was really anxious because I'm scared of heights. On the seat in front of me there was a screen with some stuff to play and this song was in the list. Story short, it helped me to relax and enjoy the flight.

I may have expressed myself in a wrong way, the thing about the lawsuit was about the writing credits. But it is true that they put both Britney and Tulisa's vocals on the track. If you read the story or watch interviews, this song was going to be Tulisa's single on her album with a different title ("I don't give a fuck" i think), she had already recorded it and they made Britney sing over her vocals in her accent. Then basically she said that one day she woke up and heard her song on the radio sang by Britney. I don't blame Britney or want to discredit her in any way, I just think the producers screwed over Tulisa.
