There is something about Twizzlers that I can’t resist though. My kids didn’t like them so when they got them in bags of candy I always traded for them. They were glad to get rid of them and get the candy I traded them for and I loved getting them

I am just happy I can eat all of these candies and enjoy again after recovering almost fully from anorexia that took a hold of my life for 6 years! So in my mind it’s better to eat treats in moderations than not to eat them and other things and fear them. 🍭 🍬 🍫

Don't mention Skittles to me, I swear it was Skittles the tipped me over the edge to diabetes, never had diabetes in the family but one wendsday about 10 years ago I ate a large bag of Skittles and spent the next 2 days going to the bathroom and drinking, by Friday afternoon I wasn't feeling good at all, went to the ER they did some tests and then told me I had a blood sugar of over 500 and technically I should have been in a coma, I spent the weekend in ICU and I've been on diabetic meds eversince so don't eat Skittles, take my experience and word for it

My dad had a VERY high metabolism, and ate a lot of Snickers, Baby Ruths, and PayDays to keep his weight up. No, he wasn't a diabetic. No, he never had a heart attack (he had very healthy arteries), no, his BP was fine, and he died at the age of 84, after a long, happy, healthy life
Me, as an adult eating healthy and watching this list of candies that I used to eat as a kid and thinking "oh crap!" because of the sugary poison I wasn't aware (at the time) of what I was putting into my body.

I suffer from epilepsy and so, I usually avoid tootsie rolls. But my dad eats them anyways despite having no teeth at all.
Skittles and Starburst are 2 of my favorite candies, If they kill me, then by God, that's how I want to go out.
