Hi Sir John Paul! The developer has not made a model unit for the 3BR with private garden, so only have a model unit for the 3BR with den. However, it’s the same layout as the 3BR with den with the addition of a 66sqm private garden an an extension of the balcony on one side, so typically it would look very much like the 3BR with Den video.😊 you may check it out in our channel also as we made a tour for the 3BR with den.
Bet the maintenance fee monthly are very high price too😩

Yeah these homes are clearly not intended for BGC or even Philippine residents. Even the top 0.25% would have trouble buying these properties. Looks like another opportunity for Chinese investors looking to build up their vacant home portfolio 🙃

Take a look around, real estate markets around the world have skyrocketed because of demand exceeding supply and that's largely in part due to Chinese home buyers who won't even be living in these homes. For example, they've turned Canada's real estate market into a mess - almost all homes are unaffordable unless you rent. Even then rent is sky high. This embarrassingly low level of regulation from the Chinese government also caused Canada to be a premier destination for money laundering. Now this same process is causing this massive surge in gentrification in the Phillipines. Bottom line, it causes people who deserve a home to diminish their chances of having one which isn't fair to countries with low GDP per capita.

Well I've been always wanted to come home..But.i had no home in the pH..If god allow.this year I may take a vacation to the Philippines.after 28 years in Taiwan..I need to come home to my own house..Not on hotel.i may stay for a month.then return here to finish.my transaction here.before I finally settle down in Philippines.with my wife..Now each 2 month my mother do travel to Philippines.and stay with someone home..I don't like that..Coz they are complaining.about my mother frequently going to them.without bringing them gift. Or serve them..My heart break.to see my mother suffer like that..So if I had a home.even if am not in the Philippines..When my mother came back there.she will had a place to stay..Without worry
