This was just what I spent 2 hours looking for!! Had my eyebrows microbladed for the first time in October. Touch-up in September, and now I want another touch-up & you have made this affordable for this 72 yr old gal!! Always have done my own hair & makeup & got to thinking I could do this myself. Thanks for listing the amazon products!! I wanted to do this while I still have my eyebrow shape, then work on my body shape, lol!! It has been so hot in S FL, I think being an outside gal, with the heat and humidity, has melted them off a bit!! Will let you know how they turn out, but I am already smiling!! Thank you so much, Johnie

I had my brows done in a salon and the first visit went great. The second follow up visit was quite painful. I don't know why, but the person doing the work said "I can tell this is hurting you". It was tolerable but.... Now that I have the correct shape, I will be doing my own touch ups in the future. This way I can leave the numbing cream on longer!

I totally get doing this yourself...you already have really nice brows...and the old microblading lines as a guidance. I mean, it's different if you really have to 'create' (partly) new brows, but in your case...
I'm still debating with myself (planning to go to a professional, don't worry) ...but mostly because of the 'no sport' thingy. She told me 2 weeks for both the initial procedure and the retouch. Do you agree...as a medical student, I mean? I would think that such a superficial wound would be completely healed after 5-7 days...in which case I would just do it before Christmas.
Anyway, cudos for having the guts to do this!

I don't regret it because I purchased the two top pmu machines, 2 vegan ink (ash brown, and dark brown) and top notch needle cartridges. I can't wait for my 6wks touch up, done by urs truly....ME! 😊 Btw, I may do this for a living because ppl are asking who done my brows. 🤣🤣

Agree the skin needs to be stretched . Otherwise you have the drag effect and it isn't a clean line. Added trauma. Also PLEASE DO A PATCH TEST!
I do NOT condone anyone doing this at home especially if not trained to professionally. Cross contamination is a big risk, so are allergic reactions to pigments.

I'm glad to see you didn't make your eyebrows like Bert and Ernie.the big square eyebrow is only going to be a fad for a short while. The way you did your eyebrows is a timeless shape. That way it will not go out of style. I am not a fan of the big square eyebrow shape in the center. It looks to blocky and and not very feminine. You did a good job on shaping. It's ok to shower, the skin will shed naturally. You want to be careful drying your face with towel. Pat dry so not to remove the scabbing. The scabs have to shed on there own. That is crucial in the process of healing, and having a good end result. Maybe get some gloves and sanitize tools with alcohol after cleaning with your antimicrobial solution, Dial soap is what I assume you're using. Which is a good product.

Dont do this at home! As a microblading artist:
1- Stretching the skin is very important to get the crisp, hair like strokes.
2-How much pressure determine how the strokes will look after healing and this takes training and experience.
    3- This is unsanitary.
4-There are steps and measurements we take to achieve symmetry. No eyeballing ;/

She just basically taught a crap load of people how to scar their skin permanently and how to get an infection. (Because if you follow this that is exactly what can and likely will happen) Everything is wrong with this video and all I’m seeing are comments about how people now feel confident doing it themselves. Scary. People really DONT know what they’re getting themselves into, because it takes education in the area to even understand the depth of what can actually go wrong.

It is the perfect ashey dark brown for me and the same exact color i use to fill in my brows. As for symmetry, your eyebrows are sisters and not twins and in my opinion I like them to be natural and not perfect. The reason I microblade my eyebrows is to achieve a fuller looking brow without messing with the shape of my natural imperfect brows. OH MY GOD..... you need to stretch the skin, sanitation, so many things wrong here! I understand it is your skin that you are working on , but cross contamination is so real with everything not just human on human! I certainly hope everyone watching goes to a certified microblading specialist for their brows. 80% of my clients come in getting something corrected that someone else did wrong. Not trying to be negative at all, I just hope people do not think this is ok to do.

      "Certified" lol..
You people really think so highly of yourselves and your crappy little qualifications.

It’s a three-week certification course. I’d rather screw up myself then have some idiot who barely passed high school but thinks she’s a “certified professional” mess them up. Yes, she messed up sanitation several times by touching various things. It’s really easy not to. Stretching the skin is easy to learn. Depth is easy to learn and even easier to practice.

Lol how professional: “I watched a few videos so now I know how to do it at home”. It’s a reason why people are trained professionally. I would never go to someone who has horrible looking brows. It’s not just about being able to do it technique wise, but you have to be good at knowing what styles that suits people’s faces etc. You don’t learn all that by simply watching a few videos...

Why don’t u ask 1 why was she left alone unsupervised for that length of time to be able to do that? And 2nd where did she get the equipment to do this?
