      I sure did 😊 fast forward to the 6:50 mark where I covered the cake with fondant and then flipped it (it now becomes the bottom) then around the 7:50 mark I covered the top

    Your work is amazing!! What’s the benefit to covering the cake in 2 separate pieces of fondant rather than one large piece?

    What was the size pan you use for the bottom? And the size pan you use for the top (crown)? Thank you! Love your work

      I used a 10” square pan for the cake. The crown was made out of fondant and was about 4” round I think

    Please after crumb coating, what else did u use, because I notice it did not stick to the fondant?

      I brush the cake with a small amount of water so the fondant will stick

    Hi great technique when you flipped the cake did you frost that side before applying the top fondant as we don't see that process?

      Yes, I fill and decorate the cake the day before it has to be picked up to reserve the freshness and I keep the cake refrigerated until pick up/delivery and lastly, I advise the client to keep the cake refrigerated until right before the event....I have a old video on here showing how I fill my cakes with fresh strawberries 😊

      You dont have to, but I recommend a very chilled cake to prevent a lot of cake crumbs

    She had already covered the top half in fondant and then it shows her covering the top half again with the quilted fondant. Did she turn the cake over and just didn’t show us? That part confused me.
