❥ About me: Hello! I'm Addie and I have been interested in fountain pens since my first pen - a Rotring Art Pen - that I bought in 1992. My collection has grown slightly since then and I recently got especially interested in flex fountain pens and interacting with the fountain pen community as a whole!

Awesome!!!!!!
I love fountain pen revolution also. I actually put their ultra flex nibs on other random pens. Like my twsbi vac mini and a Wancai Mini. It's fun to find another flex enthusiast!
I have had really good luck with every pen I have gotten from Fountain Pen Revolution. I really do think they are a great place to try out flex pens without having to struggle with heat setting feeds or fussing with them too much. I have thrown their nibs on a few pens myself, but haven't been brave enough to put one on a twsbi
Nice to find you today! I have been very curious about Flex nibs and now I am going to try one!
They are a lot of fun! It is nice that there are some affordable options out there that people can test the waters with. Thanks for stopping by!
Say more about the pink you're looking for... One of my faves is iroshizuku tsutsuji. But I have lots if ideas!
When I get pink ink samples, they either read too dark in a flex pen or I go the complete opposite way and get something too light. The Inkeberra Fairy Tale Pink is a good shade, I would just like it to have a little more character or shading. I have a sample of Iroshizuku Kosumosu that I haven't gotten around to trying yet, but the Tsutsuji looks like it has a lot of character, especially for a pink ink!
Indeed, what we’re you inking 😂. 19 pens is a lot, I‘m a 3 inked pen person, currently with 5 inked. I like your system of keeping track of inked pens, especially because it’s a great way to use up miles and miles of Washi tape! Platinum’s x-color + black inks are beautiful and I want them all, but you’re right, they’re pricey for sure. I thoroughly enjoyed your video and subscribed to your channel. Thank you for sharing.
I forgot to ask, I‘d like to know what ring planner you’re using in the video and if you printed the pages yourself or if they can be bought. Thank you.
It really is a lot! I envy people who have more self control than I do. Using up washi tape was probably my main deciding factor in using it to mark pens I change ink in! I think that stuff breeds in the box it is stored in!
Thank you so much for subscribing! I am want to do a planner video at some point, but my planner is nothing pretty to look at. 99% functional which I am afraid would be quite boring in a video. In any case, the cover is just a Tul notebook from Office Depot with pages I print on the inside. I have been around the block with planners and this is the only system that I can seem to stick with.
@@WhimsyofThingsThank you ❤️.
Have you tried monteverde rose noir for pink? I can send a sample if you would like
I haven't tried it yet, but it is so strange that you brought that up because I have been eyeballing it for a while and just ordered a bottle yesterday! The only other ink I have tried from Monteverde is Smoke Noir, which I really liked.
@@WhimsyofThings great minds! I love their inks. Super extra flowy! I had a set of their entire noir line. It’s all used up now and I got a big bottle of the rose noir because it was my fav out of the set
