How do you travel & stay so fit? Do you still keep an exercise routine?
Hey…we stay active by just walking around the neighborhood. Mainly it’s our Keto diet, we fast until 1 or 3 pm and eliminate or reduce our carbohydrates, so NO rice, bread, pasta, sugar, corn, flour. It’s difficult to manage but it has wonderful benefits.
Make that an all shrimp cocktail and that would be my daily go to along with Kahlua on the rocks. Can you buy property or is it long term leased like have heard in random conversations? Average cost?
Yes..you can buy property in Mexico. You have to create a business entity in order to buy property. So roughly $1500 to open a bank account and then you can purchase land. Our neighbor has a huge lot he wants to show us for $10k. We’re excited to see it soon. There are Mexican lenders that allow foreigners to loan agreements.
It was my understanding that PM was NOT a dog friendly beach. I noticed you stated that dogs were allowed. Could you clarify? Gracias
It depends on what side your on, but I think for the majority they are not allowed.
Beautiful town but I’m really worried about your dog, how can you leave him in a hot van all day while you both site see?
Ok…we’ll…we rented a house in Tulum. Our dog doesn’t stay in a hot van. She stayed in her large backyard with the neighbors dog having fun. You clearly do not know our full story.
