This is my Acqua Di Parma Colonia Vaniglia Fragrance Review. Colonia Vaniglia by Acqua Di Parma is a fragrance I've been anticipating and it sure doesn't disappoint. It's a great new addition to the vanilla perfumes and fragrances lover. This one is certainly citrusy at the top and develops to a creamy floral vanillic heart. It's all about the vanilla here but it does dry down to a woody slightly musky vanillic base. Truly beautiful. Are you a fan of Vanilla fragrances? Do you like Acqua Di Parma fragrances? I got a sample from Saks and I am wearing it now. I put it on at 5 am and it’s now 10 and it still smells delicious as you said. I also put some on my baby girl and she said yum. I get a little of a baked cake smell or like a Cinnabon. I’m liking it. I also got oud.
I gotta check this out it sounds pretty fantastic 👌 I own the oud and wow! What a fragrance that is the performance is outstanding was a complete shock.

I loved this one. 6 months ago I sampled this and the oud and ended up going with the oud instead. Definitely the best two from this collection. Great review!

I discovered Acqua Di Parma in Harrods and have several, including Sandalo (which is great). Try Mandorlo di Sicilia if you like vanilla cake. Heading there again next week for a birthday spree. You may be costing me more money now!
Great review Sebastian, as always! You got me very interested in this one. Sandalo was a huge miss for me and I love sandalwood. Oud and Leather are my absolute favorites from this line of AdP.

For me was a blind buy. And I was expecting much more at the first sniff but once I been using it for a 2 months eventually, love it. It’s a very particular sweet vanilla reinterpretation. I think the use of citrus notes was very creative. The dry down it’s very pleasant. For me. The first minutes it’s Like a almonds and milk the vanilla it’s present but I notice at the middle notes around the hour.
I love this house. I was thinking I’m the only one who enjoy this scent. Regards

I totally agree with you this is unisex that leans feminine , but when you wear it others won't think that. They'll just think if it smells nice or not.
If you've tried mancera velvet vanilla , this isn't as feminine leaning as that.

@@ThePerfumeGuy yes please!! hermessence santal massoia got me into that. heard a lot about carner barcelona palo santo, and have a decant of chabaud lait de biscuit on the way. theres also a decent cheapie called eau de iceberg sandalwood, which is a sandalwood/milk combo. but yea, the biggest moment in my fragrance journey has been the shift from aquatics to lactonics

I am just planning to add a more masculine vanilla-centric scent in my collection. This sounds like it could do the trick for me. Problem is, it could take a while before it becomes available here for me to test. Would likely be settling for Memoirs of a Trespasser. Do you have any other masculine vanillas that you could recommend?

I blindbought the AdP Oud Concentree and Floris Honey Oud in one go, shortly after the latter came out, and I don't have the confidence to wear either of them. They're just too powerful.
I also have Colonia Essenza and a couple from the Blue line, but I find Essenza a bit too soapy and the Blue frags don't last on my skin.
My favorite colonia is Alvarez Gomes' Agua de Colonia Concentrada Barberia
I love the Agua De Colonia Concentrada. I have a few bottles. Perfect for at the gym and after a workout!! :)

I'm wearing oud today. The only of my scents that is running low and for good reason. This fragrance absolutely lets me travel to a foreign exotic place.

I've observed similarities between Vaniglia Eau de Parfum and Orientica's Oud Saffron , with both exhibiting a feminine inclination. Personal preferences vary, so if the scent resonates with you, it's a viable choice. It's important to note, however, that this Eau de Parfum may have a limited projection . Despite these factors, I still derive enjoyment from the fragrance.Greetings from Colombia,South America.

All the notes are my favorite! So is this fragrance leaning more into woodsy vanilla or a more smoother, creamy vanilla type? I was thinking of buying Acqua Di Parma Mandorlo di Sicilia which has a citrusy top note then dries down to a bit more warm almond fragrance but since you mentioned this, i'm having second thoughts as to what I should be buying. I love creamy, milky dry down fragrances but don't mind a clean scent as well. Speaking of milky scents, could you make a top 5 or 10 best milky, creamy, comforting scents?
It's definitely creamy to an almost powdery jasmine point. Which to me is where the feminine side leans in. I'd say 3.5 Towards men, 6.5 towards woman on a 10 scale towards which sex it leans to.
Does this have a dry down similar to the rest of the ingredient line. I can pick out similarities on all of them. This however sounds really different.
Good to see that your scenic design crew changed the set a bit. Have you considered taking up DE wet shaving? Those 5 blade Fusions aren't doing the job. It would open up a whole new world of artisan aftershaves, brushes, soaps creams, razors, etc and might create a whole new channel for you. I think you might be impressed by a number of the aftershaves out there and especially the colognes from the old British houses like Geo F. Trumper and D.R. Harris.

@@sabrinab4914 I’ve read a few reviews on frgrantica and apparently the brown bottle version has more vanilla and more feminine and the black bottle is more masculine but still unisex. I eventually decided to purchase the brown bottle one as it’s like wayyyy cheaper and have a sample of the black bottle one and I can’t tell the difference at all between the two. Just to add salt to it I then read somewhere that it was a marketing thing as people didn’t quite understand cologne concentrate as it’s the same as Eau de parfum. 😅

Is it just me or does vaniligna smell like armani code profumo?
EDP, EDC, EDT, PARFUM, these things don't mean much anymore. I've got EDC's that are stronger, last longer, project more than EDPs. The only one that seems to be uncorrupted by marketing (so far anyway) is extrait lol.

Obvious “ Une Vanille” is at least as good and comes at half the price or even less. Don’t get me wrong, I like this Parma Vaniglia a lot, but the Obvious is a better buy.

I'm still so torn with this scent. The bottle itself is the only Parma i have that says its a perfume and also the 1 that i can't help but feel it's definitely more feminine..i have yet to ask an opinion and have only worn to work..hopefully wasnt a waste..i got the big one as always.
