@@mr_gingerboy1777 actually, thats not true. having one binge once in a while will not cause any significant or permanent damage to the body. you just might wake up bloated with a puffy face, breakouts, and fatigue. its only if you binge often enough that you will gradually gain significant health problems. they are also cheerleaders and before a big competition they use all that energy to do well.
My husband is an Athletic Trainer and he works cheer competitions. He's told me plenty of times about how many girls throw up during these competitions. This explains it.
