What happened? Genius Josh liked to do dumb sh!t like call a deep pass on 3rd and 2 instead of giving the ball to Jacobs. He likes to bring out the field goal unit late in the fourth quarter when a touchdown would tie the game. He called plays trying to force the ball to Adams even when the other teams were clearly expecting it which is why Carr led the league in interceptions. He liked to take his foot off the gas and be conservative once the raiders had a comfortable lead which is why the Raiders lost several double digit leads last season. Most of all he liked to blame it on the players and the execution rather than take accountability and admit that he made bad decisions!
