7:02 we’ve literally had other business owners do this EXACT thing to our business. I was sending them a ton of referrals too! I immediately stopped tagging them out referring them. Hubby immediately blocked their number on our business line. Business owners should know better!

Oh you would be surprised at how many people try to negotiate the price they pay at a doctors office. I work at a doctors office now and daily DAILY we have people complain about the cost and try to negotiate their bill. I don't work at a typical doctors office and my doctor still doesn't charge what she should for what she provides. She has 1 patient every 30 minutes and spends the ENTIRE 30 minutes with each patient. Oh and we are very upfront about the costs, especially with cash pay patients. We give them a price and stick to it, even if their 30 minute appointment goes an hour long we charge them for what we quoted. Ridiculous!
FYI for that person, it's a farm, farms stink, don't like the smell don't get the damn birds!
Agree 100%. I used to work as a dental assistant and I’m so glad I didn’t have to deal with the financial end of things.

if i hadn't got cut off at 10mins I'm sure I would have had a positive thing to say at the end to piece it all together. LOL but hey it's relatable and each time this happens I increase my will to tell people to go order from someone else. I don't need no energy vampires sucking up my passion so they can go somewhere else.
