Don't usually like the G-shock watches, but this one is cool !
Now this is some quality content, just subscribed! Keep it coming sir
Excellent Summary
Great video! Subscribed
I have the Casio GM-B2100PC-1AJF on the way. A little concerned about the digital portion and readability but I'm stoked just the same.
Just one correction if I may... I believe the watch can use any light source, not just daylight. I think it says so in the manual. Excellent video BTW. Thanks.
You are correct but it charges extremely slowly. To the point where it's not practical to do so. One day in the sun gives more charge that a week sitting face to face on a 7 watt bulb.
@@craig8406 actually with the solar G Shock models, putting it directly on a light source charges it up to halfway within 20-30 minutes. I know because I did it with one of my G Shock Steel watches when it was on low battery. If you leave it directly on a light source, it fully charges in an hour or so.
I use a video light and it charges most G-Shock quickly. I think, with respect, that the light source you have been using does not have enough intensity.@@craig8406
@@shipjumper6068 Nope
@@craig8406 It is practical if you have a solar charging device or an LED video light. They are very bright and generate very little heat.
Should’ve been sapphire
Keeps me from buying even @ $400
Mineral is tougher. Sapphire shatters.
How often do people shatter sapphire vs scratching mineral? Sapphire all day everyday.
best channel fore watches, 5 stars.
how he do this circular lighting 5:35 is that really exist or he edit it??
I’m more than happy with my decision to go for the black model.
Please let us know in a year or two how the finish holds up.
Still alive? Im wearing the gold one few months
@craig8406 It has ion plating, which makes it more resistant than regular stainless steel.
Hence, why all the colour variants are more expensive.
do u think its a good buy for the stainless steel colorway.
Can you do a video on changing the chain for strap
amazing video
The bracelet with get scratches over time, but I love G-Shock
Patiently waiting for snooze alarm, positive display and brighter coloured hands and indices. Beautiful watch though.
I NEED IT!!!!
Same here ✌️
Sure, go ahead and buy one!
@@SkywalkerPaulyou too! Go ahead and buy one, enjoy the fruits of your success!
Did you get it…?!
2:12 Phone finder feature isn't designed for theft as far as i know. You need to be in bluetooth range whilst the app is running in the background of your phone. If you hold mode 3 seconds it will connect bluetooth, then you need to press start once and hold start for 3 seconds. Then your phone will play a sound. It's use is for example: you can't find your phone at home, you can let it play a sound and find your phone is in the crack of your sofa.
No lume on hour markers?, please!
I wait for a 40mm CasiOak...if it ever comes.
With 6" wrists, I can't wear stuff like that haha
There is the GM-S2100
do you think they're gonna make one soon?
@@yuganshdhingra7647 read my comment man, there already is one
@@Jeanclaudevandamme55 thats 46mm
@@HubraumTVactually they are 42mm, the GA2100 is 45mm
Hi HiConsumption
Rhaaaa, looks gorgeous, but i guess that with my 6 inches wrist I have no other choice than going for the GM-S2100 though it looses the full metal aspect. No chances for a smaller version to be released ?
You can get a gen4 mod kit for these now.
Let’s be real we all are Inlove with this watch especially since it looks like n AP
I have the Rose Gold and I love it
Does anybody know any similar model like this, g shock series but not mandatory, silver metal finish..but something that wont scratch that bad in time...i really want to buy one but im scared of scratching it .....thanks in advance guys ! ❤
Just get a regular GA2100 & fit a gen 4 metal strap mod kit.
Only problem with wearing this out at night as you may be mugged by robbers mistaking it for an AP in the poor light.
Yeah I was worried about this. I live in London and they will rob you at knifepoint if they mistake it for an AP
Lol
❤
i have the bronze one, which is now discontinued production for unknown reasons.
Looks great, but no Sapphire Glass is astonishing.
Legibility?
It's not that great with this version tbh.
Out this entire lineup, I'd say the Rose Gold/Bronze version has the best legibility.
Such a beautiful watch, sadly too expensive to me
It’s good for someone in his late 20s or early 30s.
Does it mention that in the manual?
💯
I fjnd the gold more legible which i have
I want to like it but IRL they're too shiny and the dial is too dull. The black version would probably be my choice. I'm sure it'll sell and I'm equally sure that a lot of g- shock fans would rather mod a GA-2100/GA-B2100 get a twofer. Everyone is happy 🎉
Mineral glass :|
Exactly.. I really want this watch but the mineral glass is pushing me off
@@macbass1048 unacceptable for a watch where its whole thing is being durable. A $200 Orient Kamasu (which is automatic BTW) has sapphire, so again, no excuse for this not not have it being more expensive and quartz
@@hyper_channel exactly.. same happens with many Seikos that cost $500 or even more and don’t have saphire. I’m looking to upgrade my SSC017P1 because I’m a bit tired of it so I want saphire on my next one for sure.
Im buying it for no more than $50
Dumb
Casio watches are available at that price range too..u can get one..this is expensive
No way you'll ever see that watch at $50, it's either stolen or a fek
How big is your wrist?
Just under 8”
