The way that is handled throughout the LN series is hella interesting. I don't think I've heard of such a mechanic in any other anime before.

Long story short, the insignia is *very* important, and Felt stealing it from Emilia is more than just petty theft.
Also, don't want to spoil you, but if you catch it, Emilia only called herself "Satella" in jest in the timeline where she was more comfortable around Subaru. She actually hates the name, but there's a reason that name is associated with her....

It's really hard not to spoil this series for you. This series, as I'm sure everyone will tell you, is right up there with _Overlord_ or _Saga of Tanya the Evil_ in terms of world building, plot twists, character/story development, and definitely dark in its own right.
@@Angel_Rod If you want to know more about it, there's a side story in a artbook called “An Awkward Duo”, or something like that, were we see the first loop though Emilia's POV.
