    I challenge you ladies to come to South Africa and run comrades marathon. Its in June every year, starts either in Maritzburg (down run) or Durban (uprun)

    the calf raises you did pre run? is that a warm up ? or have you had calf injury before?

    What is RP? You said you were starting off with a 3 RP , then doing 2 kilometers at a 7/8 RP.

      RPE is rate of perceived exertion, usually measured from 1 to 10. So 3 would be a low effort while 7/8 would be a higher effort
