- Bloody Roar Trademark update [8-22-2023].
Konami has applied some final touches through this legal hurdle and as a result, Hudson Soft will be no more. Only the legacy re-releases on the PS3 PSN store from 2009 (BR1) and 2010 (BR2) before they were absorbed by Konami in 2012. The most interesting part about it is the timing, so, the waiting game continues.

- This trademark is registered Under Class 9 - for Consoles and PC, not Pachinko. Please don't say it's for that, because it's not. Saved you some research.
- This final change was done almost 12 YEARS AFTER Konami absorbed Hudson.
- Konami and/or Sony aren't going to change the licensing rights of the PS3 Re-releases due to it being on the PS3's PSN store BEFORE the merging process of Hudson and Konami. It's a legacy release. This kills the theory of Konami only renewing the IP for the PSN re-releases because Konami weren't and aren't making ANY revenue from them because they had no involvement with the re-releases at the time.

I still remember the case from the last time that didn't result in anything, but I really hope this time it is actually something; if FIVE of SEGA's old IPs were finally revived once again after years if not decades, and they were going their way to make SH2 and MGS3 remakes, I can keep a little space in my heart for hope that Bloody Roar finally returns in any way
A Bloody Roar HD collection would be fire, I was wondering would anyone like to see yugo appear as a guest character in a fighting game like say Tekken 8 as an early promotion for that

If Konami wanted to gauge interest have a collab with some game.
I only want Bloody Roar Primal Fury(?) for GC playable in modern consoles. And maybe like BR1 so I can try out Hans the Fox

This is very interesting. I really do hope they're doing something. Wether it be a new game, a remake or even just a re-release .
My guess is that we'll get Bloody Roar 1-3 with online play in a collection and if it does well, then I'd expect a second collection with Bloody Roar Primal Fury, Extreme and 4.

Hopefully this amounts to something. I'm crossing my fingers for a Bloody Roar game in 2024 be it new or a collection. My dream announcement would be Bloody Roar 5. Just imagine all the fighters or most of them in one game with crisp new graphics.

Would be nice if something good would happen. Sadly now I'm just not in a state to be really good at it anymore. I'd still like to see it, but not sure if I'll even be around by the time some years away games take now. My prime is long past down and done.

Just started playing this game and i gotta say i like it. Imagine a new one with todays graphics. They also need to make a move list for these games bc the old games didnt have one in the main menu or the little menu when you oress start like every other fighting games. Idk why ppl hated bloody roar 4 and in my opinion i like it so far more than the other ones

Bloody roars more likely to get a release a small as. then any games in certain anthro based franchised get any release our other kind of a new . From there competition over at Nintendo.
I'm a fighting game lover. Primarily a 3d fighting game lover. Im extremely excited for t8, but i need a new vf and a bloody roar would just send me into bliss. Doa6 was a flop, solcal6 is whatever. It's time for something old yet new. BLOODY ROAR.
