As always I love that you give your honest opinions on things... I agree about the too many parts to the mandoline. I did not get mine from TEMU, because they were not around at the time, but yeah, it is great for someone who likes to throw a lot of parties or has to cook for a large family. I bought mine when Hubby and I wanted to start eating healthy, but that lasted all of a few months, LOL ♥
