- The plaintiff dated the defendant even though she claims he is a liar and cheater. One time, the defendant’s girlfriend threw a brick at the plaintiff’s car while her son was in it. The plaintiff and defendant have joint custody of their son. She says the defendant hasn’t paid for dental bills or school fees, so she’s suing. The defendant argues the plaintiff is still madly in love with him. He’s countersuing for harassment.

I do know this women don't stalk men that they barely like. It's a waste of time and gas money so she may be over him on this day of this judgment but when she was doing that she wasn't.
You cannot compare a $50 (on average) HS football camp to 5000 braces and school fees from 9-12th. That’s crazy that some of y’all agree with him. The court order said split everything, she owes him half of whatever the football camp was but as you can see it wasn’t even nothing to countersue for🤷🏽♀️

I think its because people make poor decisions when it comes to relationships.
She says he needs to be drug tested, when in reality she needs a psychological evaluation, with what the defendant revealed.
She stalks the defendant and interrupt his dates in public on multiple occasions and then talk vulgar in front of your child, when he comes to pick up the son.😒

The plaintiff is complaining about the defendant, but she clearly knew what he was about before she decided to have a kid with him. Therefore, she needs to just take that L and sit down. Being young is no excuse, as she claims it to be, because there are dozens of forms of birth control including termination, so she has no one to blame but herself for deciding to have a kid without getting married or being asked to be married. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
